1. Platform Overview
This application XDAY Exchange provides an automated currency exchange service between West African CFA Franc (XOF) and Ghanaian Cedi (GHS). XDAY Exchange operates without human intervention and does not store or hold user funds.
2. Nature of the Service
XDAY Exchange acts solely as a technical intermediary. Funds are collected and paid out directly between user mobile money wallets using licensed third-party payment aggregators.
3. No Fund Custody
XDAY Exchange does not provide wallet services and never holds user balances. All transactions are executed externally via payment aggregators.
4. Exchange Rates and Fees
Exchange rates may differ depending on the conversion direction (XOF → GHS or GHS → XOF). Rates and fees are displayed before confirmation and are final once a transaction is submitted.
5. Third-Party Services
XDAY Exchange is not responsible for delays or failures caused by mobile money networks or third-party payment providers.
6. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate mobile money details and review all transaction information before confirming.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Transactions cannot be canceled once initiated. Refunds may only be considered in the event of a verified technical failure.
8. Fraud & Abuse
XDAY Exchange reserves the right to block or suspend transactions suspected of fraud or illegal activity.
9. Service Availability
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or third-party outages.
10. Limitation of Liability
XDAY Exchange's liability is strictly limited to its role as a technical intermediary.
11. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable local laws.
